Full Service Claim Processing

Electronic claim processing to all Carriers that accept electronic claims. Paper claims when situations warrant. Full follow-up on all claims to ensure prompt payment.

Patient and insurance payment posting

All payments posted and reviewed for follow-up or for any further billing needed to ensure full payment for services rendered.

Patient Statements

Statements generated and mailed to patients for any co-pays or patient responsibilities not already collected.

Aged A/R Recovery

We can follow-up on old claims that may still be collectible.

Soft collections

We can send out statements on past due accounts and attempt to bring them up to date.

Insurance verification

While insurance verification should be done in your office either before seeing a patient, or while the patient is in your office, we offer limited verification on an as needed basis.

Office staff training

We can train your staff to verify insurance, teaching them what information is needed to set up new patients for whom you will be filling insurance claims. We can also instruct them on how to collect co-pays and deductibles at the time of service.

I started out in the insurance business over 30 years ago, when I worked for Dr Eugene Hernandez, MD working his insurance claims and collections.

Fast forward 20 years, and I took a position with Dr Ken Logan, DC, working his insurance claims. My position there was to prepare the claims and transmit them to his insurance biller.  She and I became friends over the course of the years and she encouraged me to start my own billing service company.

I opened Superior Claim Services in March 2008 and have been steadily growing ever since!  I serve clients in multiple States and across multiple disciplines of medicine.  I look forward to serving YOU!

How soon we can get set up depends upon your current billing service contract (if any), and the services you are requesting. Upon completion of our basic Provider information form and HIPAA – compliant Business Associate Agreement, we can begin sending electronic claims within a week to 10 days!*

*All government and some private payers require EDI enrollments which can take anywhere from a few weeks to a couple of months to process. If you are already set up with the Payers, there should be no delay in processing your claims.
